We can only accept returns on unused items.
We cannot offer returns or exchanges on used Hohner, Hering, Hunag, Suzuki, Seydel, or Lee Oskar items. Please see our warranty page for information regarding the services provided by the harmonica's individual manufacturers.
We can and do offer exchanges on defective harmonicas manufactured by Buckeye Music LLC for up to a year after the date of purchase.
Please check all your items before unwrapping them. We deal with a lot of harmonicas in the same package, with labels of different keys. Every item is sealed to ensure it has not been tampered with. We cannot under any circumstances accept a return on an item if the wrapping is opened or unsealed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are happy to send a return label (at no cost to you) if in the unlikely event you receive a wrong item, provided proper procedure is followed. We have checks and measures to ensure the correct items go out with each individual order. Every so often a mistake can occure however, and we appologize for any inconvenience.
Once the harmonicas are removed from their wrapping, we can no longer accept a return and cannot offer any reimbursement, regardless of wether or not its defective or not. Each company has their respective warranty services, and we would refer you to them.
