Call (740) 382-0770 immediately to inform us of the problem. If a return is necessary, you must get a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number prominently marked on the exterior of the carton!

We do not accept for return products that have been used. We do not, and cannot, sell used products! Products that are defective should be sent directly to the appropriate manufacturer's warranty service, without going through us, and we can assist you with the information needed to do so, as well as contact, on your behalf, with the manufacturer's warranty service. We do not offer repair services.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If there is a manufacturing defect, it can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, after which it will be returned. If it is done by us, on your behalf, we will charge for the service, including shipping and handling. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will assist you in obtaining the manufacturer's repair or replacement. It is conceivable that some one could return a product with a defect that we would have to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, resulting in two charges for 15% each - one for the return and one for the management of the repair or replacement of a manufacturer's defect, in addition to shipping and handling.
